  • The Employee Advocate will listen to the employee's concerns and provide support and guidance on how to address the issue.
  • The Employee Advocate will work with the employee to develop a plan of action and may also connect the employee with other resources or support services as needed.
  • All conversations with the Employee Advocate are confidential and will not be shared with anyone without the employee's consent.
